Refund & Cancellation

At Innovate Designs, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to request a refund or cancel a service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Project-Based Services: Clients may cancel their project within 48 hours of payment to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to the work completed.

  • Ongoing Services: For subscription or retainer services, cancellations can be made at any time with 30 days’ notice. The service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

  • Initial Deposits: Initial deposits for project-based services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • Full Payments: If you are not satisfied with our services, please reach out within 7 days of project delivery for a refund assessment. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work completed.

  • Custom Services: Due to the personalized nature of our custom design services, refunds are generally not provided once the design process has begun.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered and approved by the client.

  • Cancellations are not applicable once the final project files have been delivered.
